We will always do our best to ensure the customer is happy with their product sometimes returns and refunds are required. Below is our policy.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods. In the unlikely event your order is received faulty, incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately. We will ensure your product is repaired, replaced, partly refunded or fully refunded solely at our discretion within a reasonable period of time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns will not be accepted if no prior contact has been made. Please get in touch before shipping an item to us.
Should there be a problem with your item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can allocate a Returns Number where one is needed. Please notify us of any returns requests within 3 days from receiving your item(s). The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless agreed otherwise. We will ensure your product is repaired, replaced, partly refunded or fully refunded solely at our discretion within a reasonable period of time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item purchased develops a fault outside 3 days but within the one month warranty period, please contact us prior to sending the item back. We will Initially give help and advice to try to solve any issues that may have occurred. We will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
If the problem(s) cannot be rectified via email communication we will issue you with a returns number to return the faulty item(s) back to us. DO not send items direct to the manufacturers.
Your right to cancel:
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, (Sometimes known as cooling off period) you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
Customers must ensure all items are packed securely and returned to us in the same condition they were received and unused with original packaging and all parts.
The items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions. We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
You will not be reimbursed for the original postage and packing or return costs if you return during your cooling-off period for any reason other than a fault.

These items come with a one month guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return. This covers failure of all components of any product but excludes consumable parts.
Consumable parts cover the following- o-rings and seals, screws, nuts, bolts, springs, plastic insulators and other parts and washers.
Tarnishing of a finish is also not covered by warranty.
Batteries and atomizers are consumable items and are expected to degrade and fail over a period of time (depending on usage)
We check all products when we receive them from the factory and again before we ship them to you but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is non-operational from the start, it is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) and will be replaced (at our own cost) provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt and provided we have sufficient stock of the item on hand and that you adhere our returns policy.
Due to the high probability of accidental misuse in today's multi-voltage vaping environment, atomizers, Rebuildable and dripping atomizers are non-returnable non-refundable for any reason with the exception of the DOA terms. Longevity, performance and taste are not covered under warranty.
Replaceable battery cells and their associated chargers are covered by a 30-day warranty if used in accordance with the instructions and only with the recommended accessories supplied by European Vaping Supplies. Your warranty is invalidated if you use our products in combination with other products or accessories not supplied by us due to the potential for damage caused by unknown incompatibilities.
Drip tips may not be returned under any circumstances for safety and hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Once refunds are issued, please allow up to 3 days for this to reflect in your bank account. Although if you paid via Paypal, this should be in your Paypal account inside 2 hours.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Royal Mail only guarantees up to that amount. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
